This page explains how to delete the data SocioRolla holds about you — including data we obtained from connected platforms like Facebook and Instagram — and what happens when you do. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. How to request deletion
You have three ways to delete your data, depending on how much you want removed:
- Disconnect a single social account. In your workspace, open the brand's connected accounts and disconnect any Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, or TikTok account. This immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored OAuth tokens and the data we held for that connection.
- Delete your entire account. Email privacy@sociorolla.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. If you own your workspace, we permanently remove the workspace and everything in it — brands, connected accounts, posts, drafts, analytics, automations, and team data. If you belong to someone else's workspace, we remove you and your personal data and detach you from that workspace. We verify your identity before acting and respond within the timeframes the law requires.
2. Facebook & Instagram data
Because SocioRolla connects to Facebook and Instagram through Meta's official login, Meta also lets you trigger deletion of the data we obtained through your authorization:
- Remove the app from Facebook. Go to your Facebook Settings → Security → Apps and Websites, find SocioRolla, and remove it. Meta then notifies us automatically, and we delete the Facebook/Instagram accounts you connected to SocioRolla and the analytics derived from them.
- Confirmation. When deletion is triggered this way, we generate a confirmation code and a status page you can visit to confirm the request was completed. You can also reach us at privacy@sociorolla.com with any questions.
Removing the app stops us acting on those accounts and clears the stored access tokens. To also delete the rest of your SocioRolla workspace, use the account-deletion option above.
3. What we delete and when
When you delete a connected account, we remove its encrypted OAuth tokens, the profile data we cached for it, and the analytics we stored for its posts, and we tell the platform to revoke our authorization. When you delete your whole account, we additionally remove your profile, workspace, brands, Content, automations, and team records.
Deleting a brand is reversible for 30 days. An ordinary brand delete hides the brand and stops all activity on it, but holds the data for 30 days so you can restore it; it is erased permanently after that. Choosing Delete permanently skips the window and erases the brand and revokes its connected accounts immediately. See Data retention for the detail.
We complete deletion within a reasonable period of receiving the request. We may retain a limited amount of information where we are required to by law — for example, to comply with tax, accounting, or legal-hold obligations — and residual copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups before they are overwritten on our normal backup cycle. We do not use retained data for any other purpose.
